Average production time is 2–5 business days, depending on size, motif and current production workload.

Shipping times depend on the destination.

Austria & EU: approx. 5–10 business days after production
International: approx. 10–20 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly due to public holidays, customs procedures or local delivery services.

Die durchschnittliche Produktionszeit beträgt 2–5 Werktage, abhängig von Format, Motiv und aktueller Auslastung.

Die Versanddauer hängt vom Zielort ab.

Österreich & EU: ca. 5–10 Werktage nach Produktionsende

Lieferzeiten können sich durch Feiertage, Zollabwicklung oder lokale Zustelldienste geringfügig verlängern.

Where is my artwork shipped from and are there customs fees?

Accepted Answer

Canvas prints are produced through an international network of production facilities.

Whenever possible, production takes place close to the delivery destination to reduce shipping distances and delivery times.

As a result, customs duties usually do not apply.

In rare cases, import fees may occur depending on the destination country and local regulations.

Von wo wird mein Kunstwerk verschickt und fallen Zollgebühren an?

Die Leinwanddrucke werden über ein internationales Netzwerk von Produktionsstätten gefertigt.

In vielen Fällen erfolgt die Produktion möglichst nahe am Lieferort, um Transportwege zu verkürzen und Lieferzeiten zu reduzieren.

Dadurch entstehen in der Regel keine Zollgebühren.

In seltenen Fällen können jedoch je nach Land Einfuhrabgaben anfallen, die von den jeweiligen Behörden erhoben werden.

As each artwork is produced specifically for your order, changes or cancellations are no longer possible once production has started.

What quality are the canvas prints and how are they produced?

The prints are produced on high-quality textured artist canvas using long-lasting pigment inks in gallery quality. The result is vibrant, detailed and UV-resistant.

Each canvas is stretched over a solid wooden frame and arrives ready to hang. The printed edges create a clean, frameless look. Framing options may also be available.

Welche Qualität haben die Leinwanddrucke und wie sind sie gefertigt?

Die Prints werden auf hochwertiger, strukturierter Künstlerleinwand mit langlebigen Pigmenttinten in Galeriequalität gefertigt. Das Ergebnis ist farbintensiv, detailreich und UV-beständig.

Die Leinwand wird auf stabile Holzrahmen gespannt und wandfertig geliefert. Die bedruckten Seiten sorgen für eine moderne, rahmenlose Optik. Optional ist auch eine Rahmung möglich.

Can colours differ between screen and canvas?

Slight colour variations may occur because screens display colours differently. However, the prints are professionally colour-calibrated to reproduce the original artwork as accurately as possible.

Gibt es Farbunterschiede zwischen Bildschirm und Leinwand?

Accepted Answer

Geringe Farbabweichungen können technisch bedingt sein, da Monitore Farben unterschiedlich darstellen. Die Drucke werden jedoch professionell farbkalibriert und entsprechen dem Original so genau wie möglich.

These are high-quality canvas prints of my original artworks. Each print conveys the atmosphere of the original in museum-quality printing.

The canvas prints are digitally signed. Limited or hand-signed editions may be available on request.

Es handelt sich um hochwertige Kunstdrucke meiner Originalwerke auf Leinwand. Jeder Druck überträgt die Atmosphäre des Originals in musealer Druckqualität.

Die Leinwanddrucke sind digital signiert. Limitierte oder handsignierte Editionen sind auf Anfrage möglich.

What happens if a print arrives damaged or there is a problem with my order?

Accepted Answer

If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue. In such cases, a replacement or refund will be provided.

As each piece is produced specifically for your order, returns due to change of mind are unfortunately not possible.

Was passiert, wenn ein Druck beschädigt ankommt oder ich ein Problem mit meiner Bestellung habe?

Accepted Answer

Sollte dein Kunstwerk beschädigt oder fehlerhaft ankommen, kontaktiere uns bitte innerhalb von 48 Stunden nach Erhalt und sende Fotos des Schadens. In diesem Fall erhältst du kostenlosen Ersatz oder eine Rückerstattung.

Da jedes Werk individuell nach Bestellung gefertigt wird, ist eine Rückgabe bei Nichtgefallen leider nicht möglich.
